Chief Experience Officer

Crystal serves as the Chief Experience Officer at Glenda Mitchell Law Firm, where she oversees the client experience and helps ensure every person who interacts with the firm feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from the very beginning. Having been with the firm for more than five years, Crystal has played an important role in the company’s growth and daily operations while helping create a positive and supportive environment for both clients and team members alike. With a background in office management and a passion for organization and communication, she brings warmth, leadership, and dedication to everything she does. Born and raised in Georgia, Crystal enjoys going to the beach and spending time skating with her daughter.

Chief Financial Officer

Hallie serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Glenda Mitchell Law Firm, where she oversees the firm’s financial operations and helps support the company’s continued growth and long-term success. With a strong background in public accounting, Hallie brings extensive experience in financial reporting, accounting, and strategic planning. Before joining the firm, Hallie spent several years in public accounting at a leading regional firm, where she provided financial reporting, tax strategy, and audit services to a variety of corporate clients. A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Hallie earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and her Master’s degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University. Outside of work, Hallie enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, mentoring junior professionals, running road races, and traveling.

Kristy is the demands manager at Glenda Mitchell Law Firm. She graduated from Georgia State University with her Bachelor’s degree in political science. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Alyssa is a dedicated legal assistant at Glenda Mitchell Law Firm. She brings a unique blend of experience to the team, having graduated from Paul Mitchell as a licensed aesthetician, and with three years of experience in a daycare setting, where she developed strong organizational and communication skills. These experiences have honed her ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and provide compassionate support to clients. In her free time, she enjoys shopping and spending time with her family.

Kelsie is a legal assistant at Glenda Mitchell Law Firm. She is currently attending Kennesaw State University to obtain a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. In her free time she enjoys reading, shopping, and spending time with family.

Qiana is the receptionist at Glenda Mitchell Law Firm. She is a native of the City of Cartersville and is a graduate of Cartersville High School and Gwinnett College. She brings over 7 years of great customer service experience and management skills. She has 1 son and enjoys being a sports mom. In her free time, she loves shopping, cooking, and being with her family and friends.

Berenice is a legal assistant at Glenda Mitchell Law Firm. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. Berenice enjoys spending time with her family in her free time.

Kaitlin is the litigation paralegal at Glenda Mitchell Law Firm. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies and a minor in Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts and spending time with her friends and family.

Grace is an intern at Glenda Mitchell Law Firm at the Opelika office. She is currently a sophomore at Auburn University studying interior design. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends.
